To provide direction
for society officers to maintain all society payroll records.
To provide for
appropriate processes to enable payment of salary and wages to society employees.

Objectives:

Employee records
must be maintained for all employees. Files should contain employees’ details, contracts, authorization for payroll
or deduction changes, annual leave, long service leave and sick leave entitlements.

No adjustments
will be made to employee records, e.g. names, addresses, deduction details without receipts of written authorization from
the employee.

(b) signed by the coordinator
(c) signed by the Director (or his delegate); and
(d) marked as evidence of being processed.
